New bottle design launches for Grolsch

Summer activity will focus on the 300ml pack

Grolsh: Summer focus on 300ml pack

Coors Brewers is launching a new-look 300ml bottle for its Grolsch Dutch premium lager brand. From this month (June) the crown-top bottle will be used in 20-packs of Grolsch, rolling out to all pack types by early August.

Grolsch brand director David Griffiths said: “In recent research, consumers have said they like the look and feel of the bottle and it reinforces the brand's quality image.”

The new bottle will also be available in UK wholesale depots in an eight-pack, price-marked for the independent trade at £5.

Griffiths said much of this summer's activity on Grolsch will be focused on the new 300ml bottle and the brand's swing-top bottle.
